Romaine and arugula with baby tomatoes, 

cucumber, thin red onion and kalamata olives with your choice of dressing.


Balsamic Red Beet Carpaccio

Slow braised red beets sliced thin and topped with basil balsamic arugula, cured olives, 

orange supreme, grape tomatoes, and goat 

cheese.


Baby Greens Salad

Tender leaves dressed with lemon~oregano 

vinaigrette, garnished with sliced Marcona 

almonds, crumbled gorgonzola, dried 

apricots and grape tomato.


Arturo’s Not-so-Traditional

Caesar

Crisp romaine tossed with house made

Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan and

herb crostini.


Grilled Hearts of Romaine

Olive oil dressed & grilled, finished with warm bacon~bleu cheese dressing , baby tomatoes and house made herb crostini.

Thin pounded milk fed veal sautéed with 

capers, garlic and mushrooms, finished with 

white wine, lemon and butter accompanied 

by sauté of broccoli rabe and garlic capellini.
